This successful Sydney real estate agency needed a brand new website design, a content management system, and specialist system to manage their rental listings through various Australian real estate portals.
Working closely with a trusted designer and a third party property portal management system, the Let's Rent website was overhauled, complete with full property listings parsed from a fully fledged property management system (via HTTP API) which feeds listings into both the main Let's Rent website as well as third party portals such as realestate.com.au.
The new site features a CMS (content management system) based on the popular Wordpress platform and customised using PHP programming to integrate seamlessly with the new portal system.
The site now offers a one-stop property management system for its owners, drastically cutting down staff time by eliminating double-handling of property listings.
